Love living here

I have loved living here since the moment I moved in. From the amazing building to the friendly community, it really has it all and so happy to call this home.

The building's amenities are top-notch, with a state-of-the-art gym, a luxurious swimming pool, and a serene rooftop terrace. The location is unbeatable, with Bondi Beach just steps away. However, it's worth noting that the lively atmosphere and popular tourist destination can sometimes lead to noise and crowds.

Many people are airbnb'ing apartments in the building, which means a lot of people that I dont know come in and out of the building every day.

i use the pool a lot and the gym.

the airbnb'ing of many apartments is really annoying as a resident. it is pretty frustrating not being able to establish rapport with neighbours.

i guess I am getting a good rate compared to the airbnb people! still not cheap though
