The building's prime location is a dream come true - I'm just a short stroll from Albert Park Lake, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the vibrant city center. The convenience is unparalleled. The building itself is a stunner. The modern architecture, sleek interiors, and top-notch amenities make it feel like a luxury hotel. The gym is well-equipped, the pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking city views. While the building's management is generally efficient, there have been a few minor hiccups with maintenance requests. However, the overall experience has been positive. The community here is friendly and diverse, creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a sophisticated and convenient lifestyle in Melbourne, Australia Heights is definitely worth considering.

A great place to call home

Overall

This is my first time living in a build to rent property and I absolutely love it. The amenities in the building are great and the service of the onsite staff has been amazing. I would highly recommend for anyone considering moving into the building there is a great community here as well.

Love my new apartment

Overall

I have recently moved to WA for work and was really nervous about making the move. Finding this apartment has made it all so much better, it is in a great location and the building is built to such a high standard.
