Great place to call home
Overall
I love living here, it is a bit more expensive than what I am used to paying, but absolutely think it us worth it.

The location feels a little secluded, but giving the building has everything you need it hasnt been too bad.
No beating around the bush – after all the monthly math, is your home giving you the ultimate bang for your buck?
It is expensive, but I ultimately think worth the cost
How is the service of the on-site squad?

The building's amenities are top-notch, with a state-of-the-art gym, a luxurious swimming pool, and a serene rooftop terrace. The location is unbeatable, with Bondi Beach just steps away. However, it's worth noting that the lively atmosphere and popular tourist destination can sometimes lead to noise and crowds.

Many people are airbnb'ing apartments in the building, which means a lot of people that I dont know come in and out of the building every day.
Tell us how you feel, how you really, really feel about the quality and finishes of the building? What's solid as a brick, and where could it use a bit more mortar magic?

A good neighbour is more valuable than a far-away friend. Is there a sense of community in the building - what is going well and what could be better?
the airbnb'ing of many apartments is really annoying as a resident. it is pretty frustrating not being able to establish rapport with neighbours.

i guess I am getting a good rate compared to the airbnb people! still not cheap though
