Our perfect home - minutes from the beach

Overall

I fell in love with our apartment the minute I inspected it. Everything is finished to a high quality and I like the boutique feel of the development. We know our neighbours and they are all super friendly and collectively we look after the premises.

Nothing really!

Tell us how you feel, how you really, really feel about the quality and finishes of the building? What's solid as a brick, and where could it use a bit more mortar magic?

The building is finished to a high standard. Kitchen appliances are superb and so are the bathrooms.

For those lucky enough to have them, time to rate the on-site wonders! What's your scoop on the amenities?

There isn't much of it, only the essentials like car parking. I do wish there was an electric vehicle charger built into the property.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Unbeatable location. Couple minutes from Bondi Beach and on the doorstep of loads of cafes and restaurants.

A good neighbour is more valuable than a far-away friend. Is there a sense of community in the building - what is going well and what could be better?

We have the loveliest neighbours. When we moved in, our neighbour helped me setting up the TV and has just been fantastic. We all greet each other in the building and it is just a really nice community.

No beating around the bush – after all the monthly math, is your home giving you the ultimate bang for your buck?

Definitely on the more expensive end of the spectrum, but we know what we pay for which is being close to the beach.

Time for the big picture assessment, how would you rate your overall living experience? Please elaborate on any subjects that might not have been covered yet.

We just extended for another year. We love living here so much. The location is just unbeatable and the high quality of the apartment is just amazing (rare to find in Bondi I think)

We have loved living in this property, it has been built to a great quality and in the perfect location for us.

I wish we knew earlier how much we would have loved living in this area around Bondi.

The location is perfect, being back from the business of Campbell Parade, but still close enough to be able to walk to the beach and shops.
